In the PSM 3.0 Course you will learn 77 ESSENTIAL, INTERMEDIATE, and ADVANCED level Pilates based exercises on the Suspension Trainer. Each exercise is rooted from either the Pilates Mat or Pilates Equipment. During this 6-hour course every exercise will be demonstrated, different modifications will be discussed, and all students will be taken through the exercise series. You will receive a manual with step-by-step pictures of all the PSM 3.0 exercises. You are NOT required to take the PSM Foundation Course or the PSM 2.0 (Intermediate/Advanced) Course before the PSM 3.0. This workshop welcomes all types of mindful movement and fitness instructors and enthusiasts.
